Gradient Box on Rise Tabs

Hi, I'm having some issues with my interactive tabs on Rise and I'm not sure what setting I need to change to make it right. I've used tabs previously and never encountered this issue. It almost appears as if some kind of dialog box is overlaid on the tabs. There are 5 tabs on this block. I don't see anything in the block settings that would impact this. 

I even created a new block of tabs to see if it had the same issue, and it does.

In edit mode: See the faint grey line running through the text. It is consistent across all tabs.In preview mode: It almost looks like some kind of dialog box overlaid on the tab? This is consistent across all tabs.It almost looks like it is connected to the navigation buttons, but it does not interact with the cursor.
