Has anyone removed the Hamburger but kept the the Menu functionality in Storyline?

Since the Sidebar menu can be opened/closed with javascript, is there any way to eliminate the Hamburger icon but keep the Sidebar functionality?

This would help a vertical layout I'm working on for a mobile device. I suspect I'd have to do this with CSS or edit javascript, but haven't quite figured out where to do that.
