Help with free trail ending

Dear Articulate community,

I have a big problem with my Articulate free trial version, which ends today. That's what my account suggests (see photo). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my courses. Whenever I try to access them, the following window pops up:
“Subscribe to Articulate 360
Want to continue using Rise 360? Buy an Articulate 360 subscription.”

I have created several courses that I wanted to publish before the trial version expired. I have put a tremendous amount of work into these over the past few weeks. It would be a disaster if I couldn't publish them or at least share them with a colleague. Who can I contact about this issue?
