How Do I Create Horizontal Rise Buttons Instead of Vertical?

Good evening, I see that the rise buttons only stack vertically. Is there a way to stack them horizontally? Potentially similar to the three-column grid? Ideally, I'd like to place a button under a four-column stack so that the user can select a button and go off on a branch. Any advice and/or code recommendations. Right now I'm forced to do a horizontal four-column grid and a vertical button stack.
