How to send a PDF resource to learners after they successfully complete a Rise course?

Hello!

I've been asked if I can design a Rise course where, upon successful completion, learners automatically receive an email of a PDF resource (not of the course, it is basically a certificate). Is there any way to do this? Or would doing this ask in Storyline be preferred?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Currently, Rise 360 doesn't send learners an email certificate after completing a course. If you're using an LMS to track progress, Rise 360 sends a completion status to the LMS as soon as learners meet the completion requirement. Depending on what LMS you use, you may have the option to send a PDF document to the learner by email. Please let me know if you have additional questions!
