How to update the step title of process blocks in Rise

I came across a recent Rise update that allows more flexibility with process blocks, including the option to turn off the step label.

I also saw the Honoring Herstory During Women’s History Month template and noticed that the subtitle "Steps" can be updated to "Conventions." However, when I tried it myself, I couldn't find where to customize the subtitle.

Could anyone suggest where I can make this update?
