HTML content added in iFrame Embed Block in Rise 360 is not updated when I update HTML content on my site (same published link - URL)
Hi support team,
I published HTML5 content on my site then got the published URL to add in iFrame Embed Block. It works well. But I have an issue with updating content.
When I update HTML5 content on my site (please note the published link is not changed), the HTML5 content shown in Rise 360 is not updated.
Could you please advise?
I did try the published link outside Rise 360, the new content is shown.

I understand that your updated HTML5 content is not updating automatically when embedded into your Rise course via iframe.
I tried testing this from my end. Here are the steps I took:
1. Create HTML5 content and upload it to AWS
2. Embed HTML5 content in AWS to a Rise course
3. Publish Rise course (LMS, Web, or Review)
4. Edit HTML5 content and upload the updated output to AWS
5. Relaunch the published Rise course
The HTML5 content updated automatically from my tests. Does this sound the same as what you were doing? Would you be able to share your files with us for further testing? If yes, you may send it to us by opening a case here. Our support team will be more than happy to conduct further tests to try and isolate the issue.Hi Angelo,
I actually did the same steps as yours (I use AWS too). I noticed that when I update many lessons at a time, the new contents are not updated when I relaunch Rise 360 course.
Just now, I updated 1 HTML5 lesson -> refreshed Rise 360, new content is shown.
