Hyperlink Question
For years, my team has included an internal link on our eLearning "resources" page, though when testing it today we found that the link no longer works when clicked from within a published module. I can take the same link and paste it in my browser and the link itself is valid, but again - it's an internal link on our network.
Does anyone have insight on how this could happen? As mentioned, it's always worked in the past and all of our users are required to be on our network to access our LMS. Could this be a change on the Storyline side? I've already submitted a ticket with our Service Desk, but thought I'd reach out here as well.

I have gotten that error message from Amazon when I did not set permissions correctly for public access to the file.
