Inconsistent Navigation?

Hi Everyone, 

Has anyone else run into intermittent or inconsistent navigation errors (in Storyline 3)? I created a product and have the next/prev controls turned off because there are times when I want people to have to visit 4 different lightboxes before they can move on. A bunch of people tested the product (approx 15-20) and one came back noting navigation issues at the exact same spot each time they attempted it but no one else is facing this issue. Any suggestions or feedback would be helpful :-)

    It's virtually impossible to troubleshoot with only that description to go on.

    I suggest you upload a copy of the Storyline file that has just the slides involved in the issue. (If you're concerned about proprietary content, replace it with other text first.) That'll make it much easier for someone to troubleshoot.
