Information that appears on screen after clicking Submit is not announced by JAWS

I saw that this discussion talked about some accessibility issues seen in Rise however I don't think it addressed the one I am seeing.  I have a multiple choice question that when you click Submit button displays a popup (feedback) window.  The information which appears in the pop-up screen is not announced by JAWS.

Does anyone know of a workaround/fix?

    Thanks for reaching out! I tested a feedback layer with JAWS 2025on my end, and was able to have JAWS read out my feedback layer for a multiple choice question. Curious to learn more about your setup! 

    • Have you added Alternative Text for your course?
    • What environment are you testing your course in? (ex: Storyline 360, Preview, Review.) 

     

    It would be helpful to take a closer look at your project file and a screen recording of your experience with JAWS so we can continue troubleshooting. You can share your file in this thread or privately in a support case.
