Insert button for AI text to speech is missing

Hello:

I have been working to incorporate the new AI voices in projects, replacing the current text to speech but after generating the audio, the insert button at the bottom is not showing. I need to add the audio to the media library and then insert manually. Can you fix that? Also, it would be great if the text used to generate the AI text to speech could be updated, since currently it's only generated an audio file that cannot be adjusted.
