Inserting Characters and States = "Misbehaving"
Good morning!
I'm still having issues with inserting Characters and adding States to Characters.
I have rebooted my PC desktop.
I have reinstalled not only Storyline 360, but also the whole Articulate 360 program.
I have cleared temp files on my PC desktop.
I have confirmed I am saving my Storyline 360 projects to my local C: drive >> C:\Users\deann\Documents\My Articulate Projects
I've attached a PDF of screen shots of what is happening. Please advise. Thank you kindly.

I don't think this is a job for the community. I think you should start a case with Articulate. This looks like an issue for them. I was able to open a slide add stuff and change the state with no problems. Are your graphics from Storyline or did you import them? If they are imported, you may need to change them to a different format.

I am inserting Characters right from within Storyline 360; I am not importing any objects or characters. Thank again! I'll reach out to Articulate.
