Inserting new clips into Replay file
I am trying to add bumper videos at the beginning and end of an existing replay file, however, when I insert them, the program does not allow me to simply click and drag them into place. I have tried a couple of methods now for inserting the video clips, but the issue remains. I'm sure this is just user error but I am hoping someone can help explain how to drag an inserted clip into a different part of an existing replay doc.

Hi valerieshaw!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble adjusting videos in Replay 360!
Replay authors should be able to click and drag any video file to their desired location on the timeline. Testing the behavior on my end, I was able to add bumper videos, surrounding a central video, with ease.
First, I suggest performing a repair of your Replay 360 installation to see if that corrects the behavior. If that doesn't do the trick, and this issue is file-specific, do you mind sharing a copy of the Replay/video files you've been working with?
Feel free to upload those items here in the discussion or privately through a support case. We'll delete them from our system as soon as we finish testing!

Thank you for the response! The repair link leads me to a blank screen so I'm not sure if that is meant to have instructions? I'm glad that you are supposed to be able to move clips around, though, because it's been really frustrating not being able to. At this point, it is still not working for me.
Hi, valerieshaw!
I'm happy to jump in here. I'm able to access the link StevenBenassi shared, which describes how to repair Replay 360. Can you please try opening this link in a different browser or incognito mode? In case that doesn't work, I'll paste the steps below:
- Launch your Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the Articulate icon in your computer's system tray (beside the clock) or by double-clicking the Articulate 360 shortcut on your desktop.
- Hover over Replay 360 until a drop-down arrow appears, then click the arrow and choose Uninstall Replay 360.
- When Replay has finished uninstalling, reboot your computer.
- Launch your Articulate 360 desktop app again, then click the Install button next to Replay 360. A fresh copy of Replay will automatically install.
- Reboot your computer again and test Replay.
Please let us know if this helps!
