Interactive Conversation

Hi, everyone,

I tried to create an interactive conversation on Engage 360 and imported it to Storyline, and then finally inserted it into Rise. My question is how can I change the background color? As you see in the attached capture from Rise block, it is in dark. Any solutions you'd like to suggest? Many thanks for your attention and help.

    Hi Wen,

    The dark background has more to do with the play button appearing in browsers for interactive blocks.  I was able to get around this by adding a slide before the Engage interaction.  I then set a trigger to advance the slide after 0.25 seconds.  Here's a short video to show you this:

    We can also wait for others in the community for suggestions on how they handled similar situations before.
