Interactive Elements not working for some users in Rise
Hi there; I'm testing a Rise course with some clients that are on a different network. They don't have an issue getting to the course in Review 360, but they are unable to initiate a comment. They can reply to a comment, but the ability to enter text in the comment box isn't available.
They also are unable to see embedded Storyline content, and the arrows to advance through hotspots aren't working for interactive graphics either.
I understand that this is an issue on the network side, but has anyone run into this, and/or is anyone aware of specific browser settings that can be adjusted to enable these interactive elements to function properly?

Do you know which browser they are using, could be it is an unsupported browser.
