    That's weird. It doesn't happen to any test the images I insert. I exported your original image and inserted it into a new course and it does the same thing.

    Here's what I think:

    • It appears the original image may have been modified (rotated, cropped, etc) and there's something inside the image code that confuses Storyline.
    • I opened the image in an image editor and then saved as a copy and the problem went away, so I suspect it has to do with the original image prior to bringing it into Storyline.
    • The easiest thing is to fix the image in an editor and then save as a copy. Save it as a .png and see if that helps.

      Thanks Tom I was having the same issue. After seeing your post I simply opened the photos in Paint and saved as a new copy in the orientation I wanted to see in Storyline and it worked.
