Javascript disabling player

A client requested to have the learner take a picture with their badge for authentication.  I have javascript that executes when the timeline starts that loads the webcam and has a capture button, however, it will not allow me to click the next button to move forward after the image is captured.  I've attached the file and would greatly appreciate the help!
