JAWS Screen Reader Issue Still in SL?

Hello,

My colleague posted a discussion on Thursday related to a continued issue with the JAWS screen reader and his post was rejected. I'm posting it. Please do not reject as suspected SPAM. We need a response.

"I am aware that in the January 21, 2026 (Build 3.109.36125.0) there was a "fix" to an issue with content shifting to the left when using JAWS assistive technology.

I have a course I'm building that pulls a web page externally into a Storyline Web Object, It works swimmingly until I test using JAWS.

 

When I tab or arrow down in to content outside of the viewport the entire stage shifts left. Sometime just a little and sometimes it actually ruins the course.

 

I have attached image examples to show the extent of the shift. I am unsure of how to circumvent this behavior and am wondering if you all might one, be experiencing something similar and two, is there a fix for it. Oh and maybe 3, is this a known issue still?"
