Jump to slide triggers not working
I'm working on a couple of projects at the moment that are essentially small interactive videos that I am going to add to a Rise module.
These should be pretty simple storylines, but both are not working. There are triggers when a button is clicked it jumps to a different slide, however, throughout both projects, the slide is just progressing to the next slide no matter what button is clicked. I have disabled all of the player controls, so there is nothing that should be triggering going to the next slide.
Does anyone have any ideas why this might be?
Check the Slide Properties. It sounds like they're set to Advance Automatically. If so, change that to By User.
FYI: You can select multiple slides in STORYVIEW and then change their Slide Properties at the same time via the Panel in the lower right.
Unfortunately, not the problem. They are set to advance by user. I had also tried playing around with the other settings on slide properties, but no luck there either.
Is this a Story you can share?
Also, how are you publishing these? If you publish them as videos, they will not be interactive and will advance automatically.

I can't really share the file without getting it okayed first.
I am just publishing to Articulate Review and then using a Storyline block in Rise. I've done this same sort of project before a few times, so really can't understand why it's not working this time. Everything looks the same. It should just play through the video and then give you a question that determines if you go to the incorrect or correct video.
This is the first slide and triggers. For this one clicking incorrect 2 goes to slide 1.4 as it is supposed to, but clicking incorrect 1 is going to slide 1.3.
This is the second one that is not working and triggers (minus the play video one that is offscreen). For all options it will move on to slide 1.5. There are a few more conditions in this one, so I would understand if it was just this one not working. But I have tried disabling the trigger and just having it jump to slide 1.6 when they click a button, and it still progresses to slide 1.5.
Slide properties (but I have tried playing around with the different options here, and nothing changed.

Are there any triggers on your Master Slide or layout that could be causing this?
Just double checked, and there is nothing on the master slide. I used the Blank layout for both slides.
It was worth a shot . . . Without the file, troubleshooting will be difficult.
Have you checked a button states for any trigger that "Jump to slide next slide" when a button is clicked?
No there are none that say jump to next slide. There are very minimal triggers, and this should be simple, which makes it all the more weird!
Could you isolate slide 1.2, remove all proprietary data, and upload it here as a separate project? You can also delete the video.
