Keyboard Shortcuts to Move between slides in a Scene
I am working in Normal view and wanted to know if there is a way of using the keyboard to move between slides.
For example if I have slide 4.3 selected and I have finished working on that slide and I now want to move to slide 4.4. Currently I have to use the mouse & move over the to Scenes pane and select the next slide - what would be great is to be able to use a keyboard shortcut to move to the next slide.
If one does not already exist how would I create one as I have not seen a 'button' that allows me to move to the next slide.
Many thanks in advance.

Here is a list of keyboard shortcuts, however there is none to go to the next slide.

Hi Michael
I had seen this list and use quite a few of the shortcuts listed. However the project I am currently working on has quite a lot of little amendments to each slide.
This means my wrist is starting to ache from moving the mouse from one side of the screen (to access layers) to the other to move to the next slide.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a keyboard shortcut to 'move to the next slide in the scene'?? and if so, how.
Many thanks.

Hi Helen,There are several programs that can record mouse movements/coordinates and/or mouse clicks. In your case you won't need to record the movement of the mouse, but just the clicks and their (relative) position. You can bind the playback of the recorded macro to a keyboard shortcut.
Here is a video tutorial of one of these programs:

and the page pertaining just to the mouse recorder part -which is what you will need:

Let me know if this is what you were looking for

I know that this thread is dated and perhaps it does not assist the users here, but it could surely help someone in the future that may run across this in a search :)

This would seem to be an obvious user interface enhancement Articulate should make, just re-purpose page down / page up or something.
Hi Alexander! You could certainly do that utilizing triggers as Aaron has shared above.

No that's missing the point. We are talking about within the editor window, not within the course itself.
I apologize Alexander.
You are welcome to share your thoughts with our product development team here.I would encourage you to share you thoughts via the link above as well Jean-Christophe. Understanding the need is key as well :)

This thread is pretty old, but the need to traverse to the next slide is as fresh as before. Any solutions - Team Articulate?
