If you have uploaded two individual Storyline modules as part of one training course, then yes you might have problems communicating between them. If that is what you were asking. It depends upon the platform or LMS you are using. For example, in the learning management system I use (Brightspace LMS) there are theoretically ways to communicate between separate modules, sharing data for a user across the modules. However, these approaches are not implemented on our system (for instance, using xAPI or SCORM-related functions for storing and retrieving data between modules). We cannot share data between two modules even for a single user within a single course. We can only save and retrieve data within the single current module. Your system maybe different, You can try testing it out, or ask your system administrator. You might need to combine everything into one single module.
