Language Option for Mandatory Content - Linking to other modules

Our team has been tasked with identifying if there is a way to allow users to freely choose between two mandatory options.  We were thinking about making a course with options that will jump out to the mandatory - restricted navigation courses - in the language of choice, then as a final block, jump back to the starting point for completion.

Has anyone found a way to allow user choice in Rise rather than the LMS?
