License Activation of Articualte Storyline 3
Hi,
One of the our user is trying to activate the below license key of Articulate Storyline 3, but he is not able to get it activated, the error he gets is you have exceeded the number of activation allowed.
Want to know how can we re-assign a key to other user in case the previous user leaves the firm, how can we clear his account and start with a new user.
need someone to call me for me to elaborate this and get the correct solution.

Storyline 3 limits how many places a given license key can be used.
If you want to install and activate SL3 on a new device, you first have to deactivate and uninstall it from another device.
