Link not working once published

I have embedded 2 links to site on sharepoint. It works when previewing in Rise 360, but once published on our LMS the links change and show an error message. I have triple checked the link and republished the file multiple times. I have seen some other posts which show when there is a space or an & in the link it can cause errors but my links have neither of those.
