Magic Marker???
Hi all,
I'm updating an existing module and I can't work out for the life of me why this marker appears on the layer with the text displayed but none of the others do.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thank you in advance,
Cheryl

That is strange. The first thing I suggest you do is add a new marker, either by inserting a new one or by copying one of the others that work correctly. Copy the text from the bad one into the new one, and then delete the bad one. Because, sometimes, a given object just goes crazy. 😉
If that doesn't solve the problem, you can contact the Articulate staff here: Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software

Thank you so much Judy for your response. The funny thing is, I think it looks good and I wish they would all do it. :-)
Hi Cheryl,
Looks like you're already getting some nice troubleshooting suggestions from Judy!

Hi Joe, I'd love you to take a look at it. Thank you so much. :-)
Hi Cheryl,
Thanks for sharing your project file; I'm happy to help solve this mystery! I looked at the Storyline file, and it turns out Judy's recommendation is golden, as always! I recreated the marker in the second layer, and it fixed the issue. The marker seems to have been corrupted.
Here's a peek into my tests.
You can find the project file attached with the recreated marker.
Let me know if you have questions!
