Media error
I have uploaded videos to my rise course but I keep stumbling on the error below.
The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support.

Hi Kazeem,
Thank you for reaching out to our support team. I understand my colleague is requesting for a copy of the video for testing. Once we receive your file, we should be able to investigate what is happening and delete the video after our troubleshooting has finished.
