Microlearning inserting a video from Peek

I am creating microlearning in Rise 360 and would like to use the image & text block to insert a screen recording of the steps. I am using Peek 360 to record the screen however when I upload to the block in Rise 360 it does not allow for a MP4 upload. To upload I need to save the Peek 360 mp4 as a gif using another type of software.

 I don't want to use the video block, so I would also like to provide some instructions using the text and image layout. Is there a way to easily insert this content from Peek to Rise?
