Migrating from EU to US Data Center – Best Practices?

Hi everyone,

We’re currently using the EU data center for our Articulate subscription, but we’re planning to migrate to the US data center.

So far, I’ve:

• exported all completed courses as SCORM packages,
• saved the materials in PDF format as well.

I understand that Rise courses will not remain editable after moving to a different data center, so I’m trying to make sure we don’t lose anything important during the transition.

My question is:
Is there anything else I should do to ensure all previously created content is safely preserved before the migration?

For example, are there any additional backups, exports, or settings you would recommend checking before switching from the EU to the US data center?
