No background audio in published video
The video that I published for storyline 360, no background audio even I already inserted it. Can anyone help?

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).
In this update, we have an enhancement where:
- Background audio is now supported in the published video output.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

Why do we only find out after publishing as a video that background music doesn't come through to the published product? A heads-up beforehand would be appreciated so that I'm not extending slides to make better use of the background music only to find out that it no worky.

Including the background music in the video output of a Storyline 360 course is currently being tracked as a feature request by our product team.
