No repetition of failed test

Hello, I created a training course with questions in the question bank in the storyline. I would need to set it so that if a person fails the test, he cannot repeat it and it does not let him take the test again. I insert into the workday system. Does anyone have experience with this please?

    If you don't want a person to retake a test, just delete the "Retry" button from the Failure layer. They won't be able to re-answer and re-submit without the Reset Results trigger.
