Objects on a Storyline 360 question slide shift in Preview and Published view
I've been having an issue with the modules I've been creating for the last few months. When designing and editing a graded question slide, the objects set up as answers shift on their own when viewing the Preview or the published Review 360 version of the course. I have attached pictures showing the view in edit mode on the slide and the Preview output with the objects shifted. This happened on every graded-question slide and across several recent Storyline files.
I have gone through each object's states, ensured every state was set correctly and maintained the same positioning, double-checked the positioning coordinates of each object, and ensured that each object had the same Text Box formatting through the Format Shape settings.
I have also run a repair on Storyline by uninstalling, restarting the PC, updating the Articulate 360 app, reinstalling Storyline 360, and restarting the PC again. No luck. I am currently running v3.133.36519.0.
Any help would be appreciated. I really need this to work so I can meet my delivery date.

Thank you for responding. Here are a few of the question slides that I created. The slides with more than two options seem to be the most consistent issues, though a few times the T/F slides have moved slightly.

I believe this is a bug where shuffled answer choices, when customized with borders, can cause misalignment.
I’ve attached a version of your file for comparison. In Question 1, the borders are removed while the “Shuffle Answers” option is enabled, and no misalignment occurs.
In the remaining questions, the borders are applied and the “Shuffle Answers” option is removed, and no misalignment occurs.
I also noticed that you removed the question choice placeholder frame from the Question Master layout. Because of this, the answer choices on the slide are most likely manually spaced, and any movement or adjustment of the choices can lead to even worse alignment issues.
Solution 1:
If “Shuffle Answers” is not essential for your interaction, turn it off. This is the fastest and most reliable option.Solution 2:
Remove borders from all answer choices (check the Normal, Hover, and Selected states). This takes more time but is still a reliable solution. It should work with “Shuffle Answers” option enabled.Solution 3:
Create a new Question Master template with sufficient spacing to accommodate answer choices, including borders, and then test the “Shuffle Answers” option again. This is the most time-consuming option and may not be reliable, as it is unclear whether it will fully resolve the issue. If the problem persists, it would confirm that this is a bug.
