One Answer Question Option Changes When Mouse Hovers Over It

I created a quiz question that is a single answer question. The correct answer is the last of four choices. When the mouse hovers over the correct choice entry box, some other answer from some other quiz question appears as long as the mouse hovers over it. This covers up the correct answer.

If the user selects the correct answer, on the Review Quiz option in the results page, when the results displays that question, it shows ONLY the phantom answer. What gives? It is slide 1.43.
