Open PDF in new window in Rise

Hi, i'm trying to open a pdf in a new window in a Rise course. (not in a new tab)

Having the pdf hosted in a server isn't a solution in this case.

I'm trying a workaround by adding a interactive storyline with a button that opens a pdf, inside rise.

But, even though the settings to open the pdf in storyline are "Open in a new window", it still opens in a new tab. Is this a bug?

Digging inside the Scorm file, there is the file "story" which (i think) controls the storyline page. Is there something we can do inside the code to make it open in a new window? (attachment)
