Peek 360 Issues
- Every time I click away from the Peek 360 window it disappears requiring I reopen it. Can someone explain why this is? Is it supposed to behave that way?
- I have tried to upload a screencast multiple times and it says "upload failed" without any troubleshooting steps. Can someone help?

Sorry to hear that you ran into these issues.
I recommend repairing your Peek 360 installation if you are consistently experiencing the reported behavior. Regarding the upload error, is this happening to all of your upload attempts? If yes, please ensure your network is configured to allow uploads to Articulate 360. You may need assistance from your network admin to add these endpoints to your network's allowlist.
