Peek 360 won't open

I was going to use Peek 360 today, but I can't get that program to open.  Everything else in the Articulate 360 menu works.   Anyone else have that issue?

    • Are you able to open Peek directly from your machine, instead of from the menu tray?
    • Have you tried performing a repair of the Peek 360 installation to see if that fixes the behavior?

     

    If a repair doesn't do the trick, it's possible your network endpoints may need to be reconfigured. I suggest connecting with your network admin and requesting they open port 443, then add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
