Placing Bookmarks in long videos in Rise 360

Hi,

I am fairly new to Rise 360.  I have a number of videos to include in the course that I am creating and some of them are quite long.  This course will be exported to an LMS as a Scorm package.  Is it possible for me to use Rise to create bookmarks in these videos so that the learners do not have to view the entire video but jump to only the relevant segments that they need?  Does Rise have this capability yet?
