Player Features - Colors and Effects
I'm trying to customize the player in Storyline to have better contrast and use one of our branding colors. However the color I choose and the color that displays are two different colors.
Please see the attached image. So In the menu I've selected hex #FACE36 as indicated by the hex code and the red outline around the color. But the bucket color and the preview color on the play bar are this reddish shade. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
I'm using storyline v3.105.35604.0

From your image, it doesn't look like you have the custom option selected above the color selection locations. Have you tried selecting the Custom option and then selecting the colors that you want?

It still seems to completely disregard my selection/ theme option colors.

Have you tried to click "Enter" after adding your custom HEX code (#FACE36)? This worked for me.The play bar changed the color accordingly.
