Please Help - "_noprocess_" and "Please verify the file type is an image and try again" Errors in labeled graphic block type.

Hi,

I have been looking for a solution to have better image quality in my Rise modules, I am creating system training at the moment and require many screenshots and will be using the "labelled graphic" block type in Rise. I've tried to use the _noprocess_ workaround using .tiff file types and it gives me this error and won't even display the image.  

So I turned to BMP file types which are a lot larger and provide hopefully better quality, but the image is not uploading and I'm getting this error. 

I have attached the original .bmp file and the .tiff files.

Please Help.

    Hi Steve, thanks for including those image files! I'm seeing the same problem you're seeing. I'd like our support engineers to have a closer look at this, so I'm going to open a support case for you. You'll hear back from someone on the team soon!
