Problem Uploading Articulate Rise Microlearning to Authoring tool via publish for LMS

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else having issues exporting Rise courses to LMS/another authoring tool? I use Knowledgeworker Create as the authoring tool and upload the SCORM file (i get from there) to our LMS.

To import a microlearning into KW create I used to publish the Rise project for LMS and uploaded the zip file as an HTML Package as an media asset. This used to work fine, but now I get the error “Content launched outside of a supported LMS environment.” 

I understand that theoretically the error could be because it’s a SCORM file meant to be published on an LMS and not into an authoring tool, but it used to work well—and old files I exported from Rise a few weeks ago still do.

My workaround is to publish for Web and then edit the HTML code to hide the cover page, but that’s not ideal. Does anyone know what changed in the export or have a better solution?
