Problems with Validation in Review 360
We are on a trial of the new Localization feature and my Validator was doing making edit/suggestions in Review 360 for the first two lessons in the course. In the third course, for some reason, it wouldn't let him delete or backspace anything. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
I'm not seeing other users report this issue, and all of our services are fully operational right now, which means this problem might be isolated to your validator's environment. Please have them clear their browser's cache to see if this helps address the problem. Having them test on a different platform might also help isolate the issue. If the issue persists, please ask them to open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
