Quiz Reporting

Question

Hi All, I am trying to create a Survey with 1 question, choices are Excellent (100%), Fair(50%) and Bad (0%). I want learner selection to be saved with the LMS (using Scorm 1.2) for reporting. Can you help me with the javascripts/codes or complete process.&nbsp;

Thanks for reaching out! After you've&nbsp;added your survey question&nbsp;in Storyline 360, you can add a&nbsp;Results slide&nbsp;to see the survey data in your LMS. Here's how:
