Radio button fill black in editor, white when exported

I'm having the same exact issue as this user in this topic here: Articulate Storyline 2: Black default radio button showing as white - Articulate Storyline Discussions - E-Learning Heroes

Unfortunately, it looks like they figured out or created a workaround for the problem without the topic having the resolve posted.

Basic issue is, the buttons are set in the state editor to have the black circle filling and are properly displaying when previewing, but when actually exported, they have a white filling with a very thin black line that is difficult to see, exactly like the screenshot in the original topic. I haven't been doing any outside editing of the CSS, and I'm sure there's a way to fix it by doing so, but I hope there's a fix for doing it in editor.

  • Hello Unity AllThingsMedia,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.

It appears that there's a very specific setup that needs to be done to arrive at this issue because adding simple question slides that use radio buttons appear to display properly without any issues. Here's a screenshot from one of my tests.

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

  • Created a version that excludes all client info and only incorporates the slide with the radio buttons in question. Submitted it with the link you provided for case number 03917543.
