Reach 360 - Going over the 300 active learner limit?
Hello,
We misunderstood what an active learner was considered in Reach 360, and thought it meant 300 unique learners per year. We've now reached the limit, and have gone past it. What happens now? Are we charged for each user above the limit, or would those learners just not be able to access assigned courses?
I think you have to go with a paid plan or wait for the renewal
