Remove "Thank You" from survey question feedback

Good Morning,

I'm using a series of survey questions (Pick one, pick many, etc) in which I want to provide feedback by answer.  When I see the preview, however, I continue to see a "Thank You" that is overlapping the feedback text.

I already removed the 'Title" field from all Feedback Master variations.  What else am I missing?

Your post indicates that you've removed the Title field from the master. You may now need to "reapply" the corrected/fixed master to the respective slides.

A second suggestion would be to work on the slide in a new *.story file, then import that story when it's showing the way you want.

  • Hi David,

We'll be glad to take a look at your project file so we can show you exactly how you can remove the 'Thank You' text shown in the screenshot. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
