Reset Course Progress
How do I reset progress on a Storyline course that's embedded in Rise?
Hi Fogi,
As noted in this article, embedded Storyline courses always start from the beginning when learners revisit them.
Are you noticing that your Storyline blocks are not resetting? And is it happening after navigating away from the Storyline block in Rise or while you're still interacting in Storyline?
We'd be happy to take a look at your Storyline file and Rise share URL to see what we can glean from it. You can also share your course privately with us by opening a case with our support team. We'll jump on it right away and delete the file once we are done.
