Resets Learners progress
Hiya,
I am having an issue in some of our uploaded courses that course progression is being reset after completion (while retaining the completion status). Reset learner progress is not on.
Does anyone know the possible reason for why this is happening?

once marked completed most courses then reopens in review mode so it cannot overwrite the score is this what you are seeing
It sounds like these course have Review Mode turned on.
Most Learning Management Systems consider a course to be in review mode when attempting it again after the initial completion requirement has been met.
Check with your LMS administrator.
