Rise 360 Adding GIFs
Hi all,
I've been trying to incorporate a small mp4 (124k) of a flashing button into the Video block (Rise360), however, it keeps getting stuck and it just hangs here:
How can I add GIFs?

GIF's can be added to any block that accepts images, as long as they are in the *.GIF format.

We can also help find out why your MP4 is not uploading properly into Rise. You may attach the file here so that we can check it. If you are concerned with privacy, you may create a case with our support team and attach the file to the case. We'll respond as soon as we receive your case and delete the file after troubleshooting.
Karl - I tried adding a gif to several types of blocks, and with several different gifs - I couldn't get Rise to upload the gifs. (I go through all the forums and help before I post here.)

I've converted your MP4 video to an animated GIF.
Insert this file as an image block.
Karl: So I can't just use mp4s - I need to convert them. Oi - sorry Karl, I missed a step. I don't usually work with gifs.
