Rise content with Strapi and an LMS?

We're in the process of having a new website developed using Strapi as a CMS, and hoping to include some of our Rise content.

1. Some of our Rise courses we just want to make available without any need for tracking or restrictions on access etc, which I think should be straightforward if we export content for web use...but maybe users know better/have experiences?

2. We also have a lot of content that we are hoping to manage with an LMS, so does anyone have suggestions for an LMS that will play well with both Rise and Strapi? (Lower-cost options preferred, unsurprisingly)

If it's not painfully obvious, my experience is with creating learning content and not the backend technicalities - tech-heavy info may be lost on me but I can definitely pass it on to our dev!

Did you ever find an answer? If not, I am testing this now but within an app I'm building, not an LMS.
