RISE Interactive toll, missing add buttons

I can add more than two buttons to a labelled graphic but it could be related to all the other problems Rise is having at the moment, its so slow and unresponsive, worse than yesterday.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and then add another marker in the block by left-clicking anywhere in the area highlighted in blue to see if this fixes the issue?
