Rise Media Library

Is there an Articulate Rise media library? I have some larger GIFs that I'm using in multiple locations in my course, and it would be nice to only have to upload the GIF once in order to reduce the overall file size.

    Hi ErinVincent-a24,

    Great question!

    At the moment, Rise 360 doesn’t have a centralized media library where you can upload an asset once and reuse it across your course. I can see how that would be especially helpful when working with larger files like GIFs.

    As a workaround, some authors host media externally and reuse the same link where needed, though I understand that’s not always ideal depending on your setup.

    I’ve shared your feedback with our product team so they can better understand the need for reusable media and more efficient asset management in Rise.
